5. Shopify
Our online store is hosted on Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display products, process orders and manage customer accounts.
Information you provide through our store may be collected, stored or processed by Shopify in accordance with its own privacy practices and its arrangements with Pure Vitality.
Shopify and some of its service providers may process information outside New Zealand.
6. Loop Subscriptions
Selected products may be available through our recurring subscription service, which is managed using Loop Subscriptions.
When you create or manage a subscription, relevant personal information may be processed by Loop Subscriptions, including:
- Your name and contact details;
- Subscription products;
- Billing and delivery frequency;
- Delivery address;
- Subscription status;
- Order history;
- Payment status; and
- Changes made through the customer subscription portal.
This information is used to administer recurring orders, payments, subscription changes, cancellations and customer communications.
Payment details associated with subscriptions are handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored directly by Pure Vitality.
7. Payment providers
Payments are processed by the payment method selected at checkout.
Relevant payment providers may include PayPal, Afterpay and any other payment provider displayed and available at checkout.
Payment providers may collect:

- Payment credentials;

Payment providers process personal information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Pure Vitality generally receives confirmation of payment, transaction references and limited payment information rather than your complete payment credentials.

Pure Vitality uses an independent third-party logistics provider in Auckland to store stock, pack orders, dispatch products and receive approved returns.
We may provide the logistics provider and relevant courier with information necessary to fulfil and deliver an order, including:

- Order contents;
- Delivery instructions; and
- Order or tracking number.
These providers may use the information only as required to provide their services, meet legal obligations and manage delivery issues.

20. Deleting information and closing accounts
You may ask us to close your customer account or delete personal information by contacting sales@purevitality.co.nz.
We will consider the request in accordance with applicable law.
We may need to retain certain information for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, product-safety, dispute-resolution or other lawful purposes.
Closing an online customer account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the customer subscription portal or by contacting us.
21. Children’s privacy
Our website is intended for purchases made by adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of allowing them to purchase products or create subscriptions.
A parent or legal guardian should complete any purchase intended for a child and should review the product information and seek appropriate professional advice before use.

If you submit a product review, testimonial, image or other content for publication, the information you choose to include may become publicly visible.
Do not include sensitive information, order details, medical information or another person’s personal information in a public review.
